Before you join
Is this only for period days?
No. It's built around your cycle, but most of what's inside gets used all month. The magnesium butter and the candles don't check the date.
Can I cancel?
Anytime. Send a message and it's done. We ask for seven days' notice before your next payment so we know before the boxes are packed.
When am I charged, and when does it arrive?
Your first payment is taken today and you get this month's box. After that it's £49 on the 10th of each month, with boxes posted around the same date. Delivery is tracked, usually two to four working days.
Does the box change each month?
Yes. Every month is different, so over time you build a full kit rather than the same thing on repeat. Some items are made only for members and never go in the shop.
What if I'm sensitive to something?
Full ingredients are on each product page. Tell us what you need to avoid when you join and we'll swap the item or recommend the safest picks. If you're pregnant, breastfeeding or on medication, message first and Talitha will tell you what to skip.
